The induction cooktop itself is not heated and therefore only need to heat the pan releases to "processing". The hob thus remains cool in comparison with other cooking systems and also cools down quickly after use. The induction hob is switched on only when in contact with ferromagnetic material. our hand / arm or other objects as tableware and paper.
