Over time, our way of cooking has evolved. There was woodstoves, gas ones and those with electricity. With technological advances, electric ranges have been refined. It has emerged from all kinds of models of the ceramic coil, through the quartz-halogen.

But a revolution is being born, and is likely to change the way we cook with electricity. Imagine a safe surface, while quickly heating your cauldron remains cold: it is induction cooking.
